Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking an energetic Business Development professional to grow our bank partner distribution channels and drive profitable growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure referrals, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or equivalent, sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Relevant working experience in sales or industry experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation, influencing and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
• Good team player with adaptability and versatility in working style.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships across bank partnership chain to obtain referrals for EB leads.
• Perform sales activities from prospecting, proposal generation, presentation, negotiation until sales closure and onboarding.
• Ensure prompt collection of premium and monitor bad debt and provisions.
• Regularly update sales pipelines.
