Qualifikationen

• Possess a degree with business or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in commercial, client-facing role.
• Strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints with urgency and objectivity.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and intermediaries to meet sales targets.
• Provide consultative recommendations via analysis of claims and utilization reports to help clients manage costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, Training and others to optimize customer experience.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Act as door-opener to Segment management team.
• Propose new products or initiatives for Direct Clients and monitor seamless implementation.
