Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to build relationships with mid-sized and large prospects, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue for the software vertical. You will respond to inquiries across phone, email, and social channels while hitting daily activity targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outbound or inside sales, a track record of meeting quotas, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a related industry such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, lumber, or automotive
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience fielding prospect and customer questions about the company, products, services, and implementation
• Preferred telephone sales or solution-selling experience in the software industry
• Excellent phone voice, manner, written communication, and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership experience and desire to move into leadership roles
• Experience cultivating and managing leads through preliminary sales stages

Responsibilities

• Build relationships, generate and cultivate leads, and set appointments for the outside sales team.
• Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other channels.
• Cultivate net new mid-sized and large prospects through outbound prospecting.
• Engage prospects and build relationships with relevant C-Level roles.
• Enter activity and prospect data into CRM software.
• Conduct market research for Territory Managers.
• Continuously learn Epicor applications, value proposition, and differentiation to enhance conversations.
