Job summary

AFSA Academy Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify opportunities, acquire corporate clients and expand our market presence in safety, fire safety, oil & gas and professional training.

You will build strong relationships with HR, Safety and industrial clients, manage enquiries and quotations, arrange meetings and presentations, and drive sales targets to close deals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Experience with corporate training or safety sectors is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Acquire corporate clients for AFSA Academy’s training programmes and services.
• Build relationships with HR, Safety, EHS, industrial and corporate clients.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales closing.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email and company databases.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations and business appointments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the expansion of AFSA Academy’s market presence in Johor and surrounding areas.
