BookDoc is seeking a Business Development Executive in Malaysia to support the BD team in identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth. The role involves engaging with corporate clients, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to execute sales initiatives.

You will research market trends, identify prospects, and deliver tailored solutions through compelling proposals and presentations. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development or related roles.
• Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition is preferred.
• Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and build a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable approaching decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills and client understanding.
• Commercially driven, target-oriented, and results-focused.
• Good analytical and market research skills to identify opportunities.
• Able to prepare sales proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients and develop outreach plans.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by pitching services to clients.
• Nurture relationships with corporate clients and understand their needs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Product, Technology and Operations.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for opportunities.
• Track sales metrics and report progress to management.
