Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
• Deep expertise in B2B sales with account expansion focus.
• Ownership mindset to manage targets end-to-end.
• Curious, reflective and data-driven daily approach.
• Proficiency with platforms such as WeChat, RED and Weibo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confidently engage with senior stakeholders to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Understand buyer personas and decision drivers to refine value articulation.
• Serve as internal voice of the customer to improve service delivery and pitch clarity.
• Maintain accurate reporting on deal progress, account health, and retention risks.
