This role focuses on protecting, growing, and strengthening relationships across active client accounts as the primary commercial strategist to expand account share and secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in B2B key account management or sales in industrial settings.
• Proven track record managing installed bases of machinery or automation systems.
• Strong pricing, margin control, and contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.

Aufgaben

• Develop tailored account strategies to increase share of wallet and repeat orders.
• Identify new plant opportunities for SmartOps platforms and renewals.
• Prepare commercial quotations and negotiate terms; manage renewals.
• Collaborate with finance to manage billing milestones and collections.
• Serve as primary escalation point for client satisfaction and updates.
