Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior account leadership professional to drive growth across global accounts within the industrial sector. You will lead multi-site strategies and collaborate with executive leadership to shape commercial discussions.

You will oversee RFQ processes, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time milestone delivery while maintaining high account satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (BSc/BEng) or related.
• Experience in Global Account Management, Program Management, or Key Account Leadership.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience in industrial/engineering sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership on multi-site account strategies and commercial discussions.
• Oversee end-to-end RFQ process, including cost analysis, pricing inputs, and proposal preparation.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance and logistics to ensure program execution.
• Maintain customer relationships, support ongoing account satisfaction, and identify risks.
