Job summary

Pixel Mechanics Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts. You will be the main client contact, bridging client goals with the team’s execution, and driving retention and growth.

You will collaborate with campaign specialists, manage expectations, present reports, and proactively resolve issues while maintaining a strategic client relationship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing across SEO, paid search, social and web.
• Hands-on with CMS (WordPress, Shopify or similar).
• Comfortable with performance data (GA, Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs).
• High proficiency with AI tools to accelerate output.
• Strong ownership and accountability; proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Own clients' campaigns and ensure strategy, schedule, and outcomes.
• Translate client goals into actionable briefs for campaign teams.
• Progress campaigns toward agreed KPIs and address performance gaps.
• Prepare and present insights-driven campaign reports in plain language.
• Manage client expectations, scope, and escalations.
• Be primary point of contact for assigned accounts and foster relationships.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Guide execution when specialists need direction and troubleshoot with the team.
