Clickr in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Account Manager who will own client relationships and drive strategic narratives for creative and web projects, ensuring agency profitability.

You will lead client meetings, translate objectives into tactical roadmaps, oversee media spend, coordinate content shoots, and present performance insights to stakeholders, focusing on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of agency-side digital accounts experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point-of-contact for assigned accounts, leading client meetings, status updates, and strategic presentations.
• Develop in-depth understanding of the client’s core business and digital marketing objectives to provide informed consultation.
• Bridge communication gaps between departments to ensure smooth hand-overs and unified project delivery.
• Oversee media campaign delivery and review monthly campaign reporting for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead the development of strategic narratives, brand positioning, and customer journey maps.
• Monitor time-burn vs. budget to protect profitability and identify variances early.
• Identify upselling opportunities based on account status to drive retention and revenue.
• Coordinate content shoots with third-party vendors for social and campaign use.
