Job summary

Seremban Engineering Berhad is seeking a Storekeeper to receive and record materials at the construction site, verify against orders, and organize stock for efficient operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in construction settings, with familiarity in stock control, DOs, and stock documentation. You will issue materials and maintain accurate records while working independently on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as Storekeeper, preferably in construction.
• Experience handling cables/construction materials, tools, equipment and consumables.
• Familiar with stock control, DO, Material Issue Notes, and inventory records.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record materials delivered to the construction site.
• Check quantities, specifications, and conditions of materials against delivery orders/purchase orders.
• Organize and store materials, tools, equipment, and consumables properly.
• Issue materials to workers, subcontractors, and site teams based on authorized requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes, delivery orders, and stock reports.
