Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Storekeeper in Pasir Gudang, Johor for a 4 months contract. Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and keeping accurate stock records to support operations.

Requirements include SPM and at least 1 year of related experience; ability to conduct stock counts, maintain warehouse housekeeping, and comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• SPM qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouseman on daily activities such as receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
• Conduct stock counts and physical verification of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage with clear labeling/markings.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping for a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive, Warehouse/Warehouseman.
• Ensure smooth material receiving and inspection processes to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
• Maintain accuracy in inventory documents.

Job Purpose:

To ensure the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, equipment, and inventory by maintaining accurate stock records, safeguarding company assets, and supporting operationalrequirements through timely and compliant warehouse activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Warehouseman on daily activities such as receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment.
• To conduct stock count and physical verification of material & equipment.
• Ensure materials are stored in dedicated storage area with proper labelling/markings.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and storage yards to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Executive, Warehouse/ Warehouseman.
• To ensure material receiving & inspection process is going smoothly without jeopardizing project requirement.
• Ensure strict compliance of Company's policies, procedures and practices.
• To maintain accuracy in inventory documents.
