Job summary

CCCC Malaysia is seeking a proactive site store/warehouse assistant to manage the site store, receive, check and record incoming materials, tools and equipment, and monitor stock levels to support site operations.

You will issue materials to workers, maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stock checks, and keep the storage area clean and organized; basic Excel skills and the ability to work with site teams are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in site store, warehouse or construction environment is an advantage.
• Ability to keep proper records and basic inventory tracking.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate with site workers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record incoming materials, tools and equipment.
• Manage and maintain the site store/storage area.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock for site operations.

Follow company procedures for storage, inventory and equipment control

About you

Previous experience in site store, warehouse or construction environment is an advantage

Able to keep proper records and basic inventory tracking

Responsible, organised and able to work independently

Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel

Able to communicate with site workers and supervisors

Working hour: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm, with 1.5hours lunch break
