Job summary

Sumi-Tech Industrial Supplies is seeking a seasoned warehouse professional to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, packing, and delivery scheduling. This role also monitors loading/unloading, import/export containers, and ensures orderly inventory management with precise housekeeping.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma and 10 years of warehouse/store experience, with strong skills in stock recording, reporting, and implementing SOPs to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 10 years in warehouse/store experience.
• Experience with inventory controls and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, packing and scheduling deliveries.
• Monitor loading and unloading of stocks.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing containers (import & export).
• Ensure smooth store and inventory management including housekeeping.
• Record stock cards and submit daily inventory reports.
• Implement new SOP for Warehouse.

Responsible for the daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, packing and scheduling deliveries.

To monitor in loading and unloading of stocks. (receiving and delivery)

Responsible for incoming and outgoing container. (Import & Export)

Responsible for the smooth operation of store and inventory management of the organization including housekeeping.

To record and update the stock card. Submit inventory report to the management on daily basis.

Implement new SOP for Warehouse.

Job requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.

At least 10 Years of working experience in Warehouse / Store is required for this position.
