Job summary

KK Super Mart is hiring a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support inventory control, merchandising, and customer service at KK SUPER MART Southern Common Amenities Facilities. The role involves receiving, checking, stocking, and selling goods, while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Candidates should have 1–3 years retail experience, with supervisory exposure preferred; SPM/Diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree considered a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment in line with procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store assets.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold KK Super Mart’s image and reputation.
