Job summary

KK Super Mart Perak is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support daily store operations, handle goods, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail experience, SPM/diploma, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

You should have leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with POS systems, and own transportation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience 1–3 years with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate equipment and machines per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations and report appropriately.
• Uphold KK Supermart image and reputation.
