Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an energetic retail teammate in Malaysia to deliver exceptional consumer experiences using our CHARM service model.

You’ll welcome customers, support store operations, and act as a brand ambassador while learning current product collaborations and launches. The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, store leadership familiarity, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience; leadership preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth retail environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and empower teams.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using our CHARM service model.
• Foster a positive team culture with feedback and Crocs values.
• Assist with daily retail operations: POS, stock room, pricing, loyalty and store cleanliness.
• Oversee store-wide operations with Store Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; share product knowledge and launches with customers.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory controls.
• Model best practices to drive sales and KPIs.
