Job summary

Crocs Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused retail professional to join our Kuala Lumpur stores. You will deliver outstanding service, learn across departments, manage stock and POS operations, and contribute to a positive team environment.

The role requires 2–3 years retail experience, leadership potential, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience; preference for candidates with previous store leadership role.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to store team, operations managers & corporate partners.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the Crocs C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with daily activity follow-up.
• Learn & assist in departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations: POS system, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness.
