Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for candidates with store leadership.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a passion for empowering teams and driving results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with store team and corporate partners.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines
• Learn and assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge and stock room management
• Support team in daily POS, stock replenishment, pricing and promotions, and loyalty programs
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve key performance indicators
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and inventory controls
