Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Sales Team Lead to oversee opening and closing procedures, educate the team on products and promotions, and drive daily sales targets to meet company goals.

You’ll work to create an engaging store environment, coach staff, and deliver world-class service using Crocs’ CHARM model, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proven communication skills to store team and partners.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our CHARM service model.
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines with follow up on daily activities.
• Learn & assist in consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Support team in POS, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPIs.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies including inventory control and compliance.
