Job summary

You will be responsible for driving store performance and delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Retail/Supervisor in apparel, fashion, footwear, sports or FMCG retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and store operations.
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to work in fast-paced retail environment.
• Good product knowledge with a passion for sports and/or fashion.
• Good command of English and local language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise the retail team to achieve store sales and KPI targets.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and productivity.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a role model on the sales floor.
• Build customer loyalty through active selling and strong product knowledge.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage stock effectively, including stock replenishment, stock checks, deliveries and shrinkage control.
• Support seasonal merchandise launches, promotions and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and maintained to brand standards.
• Handle cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback and on-the-job guidance.
• Ensure all team members consistently represent the brand’s values and standards.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store performance and operational excellence.
