Job summary

JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Malaysia Mont Kiara location. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, lead by example on the shop floor, and help drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, overseeing training, coaching, and development of team members to ensure a vibrant, customer-focused shopping environment at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, supervisory, or team leadership roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to motivate and support team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist store management in daily operations and lead by example on the sales floor.
• Support achievement of store sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and customer service standards to maximise sales opportunities.
• Create an engaging shopping environment following visual merchandising standards.
• Support onboarding, induction and ongoing training of new team members.
