Job summary

MAP ACTIVE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Store Supervisor who is passionate about retail, sports and fashion, and who enjoys leading a team to achieve sales excellence.

You will be responsible for driving store performance and delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Retail/Supervisor in apparel, fashion, footwear, sports or FMCG retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and store operations.
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to work in fast-paced retail environment.
• Good product knowledge with a passion for sports and/or fashion.
• Good command of English and local language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store Supervisor or Store-in-Charge.

Experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, sports or FMCG retail is preferred.

Diploma in Retail Management or a related field.

Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and store operations.

Strong problem-solving, planning and time-management skills.

Proactive, team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Good product knowledge with a passion for sports and/or fashion.

Good command of English and local language.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
