Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Store Admin role based in Malaysia. You will support the Store Department with administrative tasks, coordinate daily orders between production and store, and monitor attendance of store workers.

Responsibilities include tracking stock movements, checking daily stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring minimum stock levels. The role requires SPM or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain and demonstrates strong leadership to manage the store team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Logistic, Warehouse or Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Excellent personnel management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Store Department.
• Communication daily order from production department to store and vice versa.
• Monitoring Store department worker’s attendance.
• Monitor and check loading activities (quantity & quality) including storage temperature and cleanliness of goods and vehicles.
• Check and key-in daily stock record received from suppliers.
• Prepare and update store daily movement report to Management.
• Ensure minimum stock level for all stocks are in order.
• Order major items when stock level are low.
• Monthly physical stock count and annual audit stock take.
• Handling Store cleaning and maintenance records.
• Monitor all stock movement from and to store (eg. Return, Re-pack, Replace, FOC etc) based on returned form.
• To ensure all products need to be disposed off must get approval from superior, weighing slip and photo (in some cases).
• Prepare and update daily, monthly packing material stock report.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time
