Auto Shield Pros Sdn Bhd in Kota Damansara, Selangor, is seeking a Store/Sales Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales in automotive consumer products. This full-time role focuses on overseeing daily store activities, supervising the sales team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will implement sales strategies, manage inventory, monitor KPIs, and maintain merchandising standards while building strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Sales Manager or similar retail management role, preferably in the automotive or consumer products sector.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software (SQL).
• Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Preferably, familiarity with automotive products or services.
• Ability in converse in English, Chinese (Canto/Mandarin) and Bahasa Melayu.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store/Sales Manager to join the Auto Shield Pros Sdn Bhd team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance in the automotive consumer products sector. We specialize on doing wraps/PPF applications on automotive vehicles. As Store/Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and achieving sales targets whilst ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is integral to our business success and offers the chance to make a tangible impact on our store's growth and profitability.

Work hours

Monday- Saturday 10am-7pm

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
