About the role

Chi Mei Technology Co., Limited is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car4S Store Accessories Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with customers, presenting our automotive accessories products, and building lasting relationships that contribute to our company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, understanding their needs and preferences for automotive accessories


• Demonstrate product features and benefits of Car4S store accessories, highlighting quality and value propositions


• Provide expert recommendations and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions


• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity and follow-ups


• Build and maintain a database of customer information to support repeat business and loyalty


• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics set by management


• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping environment and seamless customer experience


• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, inventory levels, and industry trends in automotive accessories


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and tact

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing sales roles, preferably in the automotive or accessories sector


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers


• Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn about automotive accessories and related products


• Customer service excellence and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions

• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus
