Job summary

Mynews at Cyberjaya is seeking a Store Sales Associate to welcome customers, help with product selections, operate the POS, and ensure billing accuracy. You will restock shelves, keep the store clean and organized, and contribute to a smooth day-to-day operation.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in retail or F&B is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and information.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve basic issues.
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and manage end-of-day cash balancing.
• Replenish stock on shelves and rotate products (FIFO).
• Maintain cleanliness of store, including counters, chillers, and seating areas.
• Prepare food and beverages according to store SOP.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in food handling.
• Ensure store is neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to achieve daily store targets.
• Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned.
• Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene guidelines.
