Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated candidate for daily store operations, customer assistance, and sales achievement. You will ensure proper merchandising, stock integrity, and excellent service across customers and after-sales support.

Qualifications

At least SPM or Diploma in any field.
Minimum 1 year working experience in retail or similar.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to work in planned shifts, including weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

Execute and complete daily store operation tasks.
Achieve sales targets according to the game plan set by Store Manager.
Provide comprehensive product information to customers.
Deliver excellent customer service, including after-sales support.
Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and merchandise displayed per Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Perform daily housekeeping.
Follow the planned shift schedule.
Handle cash and inventory, including float and cashiering.
Perform stock takes and manage stock loss.
Assist team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Comply with SOPs from Management and Retail Operations.
