Job summary

Eco-Shop Kalumpang is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store functions, stock accuracy, staff scheduling, and KPI-driven performance. The role requires 2+ years in retail, with PIC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience as PIC is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Eco-Shop Kalumpang.
• More than 2 years of experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stock management by updating GTN and recording product issues with Stock Adjustments.
• Follow FIFO method for stock storage and report issues to Area Manager.
• Oversee staff scheduling, monitor KPIs including sales targets and customer service.
• Coordinate staff overtime schedules and recruitment reporting to Area Manager.
• Lead 10-15 employees and manage daily store operations and maintenance.
• Handle administrative duties including E-Ticketing for stock requests and portal feedback forms.
• Oversee store maintenance, fire extinguisher management and daily cleanliness.
• Oversee cash management and Daily Sales Form reports with Area Manager.
• Review utility bills and cashier logs for transaction accuracy.
