Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Kuala Selangor seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, staff oversight, and inventory control. You will ensure stock accuracy, implement FIFO, and drive KPI performance across sales and service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skilled in staff management and team supervision.
• Familiar with operations: scheduling and inventory control.
• Experience as PIC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock processes like GTN, stock adjustments and transfers.
• Apply FIFO method and report any stock issues promptly.
• Manage KPIs: sales targets, customer service and discipline.
• Coordinate staff overtime and recruitment reporting to Area Manager.
• Oversee cash handling and daily BJH reports with manager.
