Job summary

Eco-Shop in Seremban is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily retail activities, stock control, cash handling, and staff supervision. You will ensure efficient stock movement, accurate documentation, and timely reporting of issues to senior management.

The role requires leadership of a 10-person team, strong organizational skills, and a focus on KPIs such as sales targets and customer service. Experience in PIC roles and familiarity with store processes are preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skilled in staff management, as this position involves managing the store team.
• Familiar with operational processes, such as work scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience as a Person-In-Charge (PIC) in previous employment is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Eco-Shop in Seremban.
• Possess more than 2 years of experience in the retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stock management by updating GTN in advance and recording product issues with stock adjustments.
• Follow FIFO for stock storage and report issues to the Area Manager.
• Oversee staff scheduling, monitor KPIs, and manage sales targets and customer service.
• Coordinate staff overtime schedules and recruitment reporting to the Area Manager.
• Lead a team of 10 employees and support daily operations.
• Handle store maintenance, cash management, and daily cash reconciliations.
