Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) in Batu Pahat, Johor is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee stock, staff and daily operations. You will implement FIFO, manage GTN updates, stock adjustments and transfer notes while ensuring accurate cash handling and daily sales reporting.

You will lead a team of 10+ staff, schedule shifts, monitor KPIs, deliver customer service excellence, and support recruitment to the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a store team.
• Knowledge of stock control and warehouse processes.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock accuracy and update GTN/stock adjustments.
• Apply FIFO for stock storage and report issues.
• Oversee staff scheduling, daily tasks, and KPI monitoring (sales, service, discipline).
• Coordinate overtime, recruitment reporting, and PIC-related duties.
• Lead a team of 10+ employees and manage store operations.
• Handle daily administrative duties and cash management processes.
• Support store maintenance, safety, and vendor deliveries.
