Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Tasik Puteri Rawang to drive stock accuracy, oversee a team of 10–15, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will implement FIFO, manage GTN and stock adjustments, report KPIs, and handle cash and admin tasks with area support.

The role requires SPM/ Diploma/ Degree, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and prior PIC experience. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skilled in staff management and in supervising a team.
• Familiar with scheduling and inventory management processes.
• Experience as PIC is an advantage; willing to work at Eco-Shop Rawang.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate stock management by updating the GTN in advance.
• Apply FIFO storage methods and record product issues via stock adjustments.
• Report discrepancies and monitor KPIs including sales and customer service.
• Coordinate staff overtime and recruitment reporting to Area Manager.
• Lead 10–15 employees and oversee daily store operations.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales forms, and supplier deliveries.
• Complete administrative duties and E-Ticketing for stock requests.
• Oversee store maintenance and ensure daily cleanliness.
