Job summary

Eco-Shop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Masai U Sentral to oversee daily store operations, stock management, and staff scheduling. You will ensure accurate stock levels, implement FIFO, and report issues promptly to the Area Manager.

The role includes KPI tracking, overtime coordination, and recruitment reporting for a 10–15 person team. Proven experience in retail, with at least 2 years in the industry, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Degree.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in PIC role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock management and GTN updates.
• Follow FIFO for stock storage and report issues to management.
• Supervise staff scheduling, daily task completion, and KPI monitoring.
• Coordinate staff overtime and recruitment reporting to Area Manager.
• Lead a team of 10–15 employees and manage store operations.
• Perform administrative duties including E-Ticketing and feedback forms.
• Oversee store maintenance, cash handling, and utility bill reviews.
