Job summary

Happy Hour Club Cafe & DIY Workshop is seeking a Store Manager / Operations Supervisor Lead to oversee daily operations, lead Community Managers and part-timers, manage stock and manpower, coordinate group workshops, and continuously improve workflows.

The role focuses on leading the team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently with an emphasis on ownership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, café, workshop, events, hospitality, customer service, operations, or team supervision.
• Strong leadership skills—able to guide, support, correct, motivate, and follow up with team members.
• Excellent communication and people skills—approachable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient service according to Happy Hour Club standards.
• Lead Community Managers, part-timers, and floor staff; clarify responsibilities and ensure task completion.
• Manage task delegation, handovers, follow-ups, and deadlines to maintain quality.
• Support workflow and service quality during busy hours; monitor customer experience and floor cleanliness.
• Coordinate group workshops, private bookings, and staff allocations based on bookings and events.
• Maintain stock, inventory checks, receiving logs, and purchase orders; update SOPs for daily operations.
• Review feedback and operations data to propose practical improvements.
