Private Advertiser is seeking a Café Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day cafe performance and lead front-line staff. You will supervise, schedule shifts, ensure hygiene and service standards, and address customer feedback. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on involvement, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, quality control, and daily reporting to management. Weekend and holiday shifts may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cafe, restaurant or F&B operations.
• Experience in supervising or managing staff preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Manage, supervise, and guide cafe staff to maintain service standards.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and arrange shifts according to needs.
• Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor food, beverage quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and SOPs.
• Train new staff and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Report operational issues and performance updates to management.
