myBurgerLab Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Malaysia to lead a vibrant restaurant team at myBurgerLab Mytown. You will drive guest experiences, manage operations, and plan local store marketing while coordinating recruitment, training and reporting.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Food Service, Culinary Arts, Business or Management.
Strong interest in leading a F&B business and motivating teams.
Excellent planning, coaching and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and motivate restaurant team to deliver great customer experiences.
Ensure operations meet quality, service, cleanliness and internal controls.
Plan store marketing activities and implement campaigns.
Increase performance through sales building and cost-saving measures.
Develop knowledge of customers and local trading area.
Plan manpower, recruit and train team members.
Review and ensure timely daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Handle restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety.
