The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decisions, and strong customer insight. The position requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field, excellence in planning and communication, and a passion for building a stand-out F&B brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food Service/Culinary Arts/Business/Management or equivalent.
• Strong interest in leading a food & beverage business independently with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Natural leader, able to coach, grow and motivate teams.
• Good at planning, executing, and solving challenges with proactive thinking.
• Able to interpret financial data and derive action plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to learn from others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, motivate and manage restaurant team to deliver great customer experience.
• Ensure operating standards: quality, service, cleanliness, internal controls.
• Plan and manage local store marketing activities; implement national campaigns.
• Increase performance via sales building and cost control measures.
• Develop knowledge of customers, community and trading area.
• Plan manpower, recruitment and training needs; train and coach team.
• Review and ensure timely, accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Maintain effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety.
• Be eager to learn and take on new challenges.
