Job summary

Able to work independently and accept feedback.
Inspire staff and act as a role model.
Possess teamwork, time management, analysis and observation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
5+ years in related job experiences.
Degree or higher in Business studies or related fields.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing short term and long term plan to maximize sales and gross profit in store.
Monitor labor cost percentage.
Ensure all controllable expenses are minimized.
Confirm store and wholesale pricing.
React to seasoning trends and propose actions.
Develop Short & Long Term Business Plan for sales development and control progress.
Monitor stores' debtors’ payment and new applications.
