Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service. You will implement work plans, drive sales to meet budgets and gross profit targets, and uphold product quality and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities include maintaining good relationships with crew, coaching staff on outlet procedures, monitoring cash handling and stock levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum STPM & above in related field.
