Job summary

ANTA in Malaysia is seeking a Store PIC to own daily operations, drive sales targets, and lead the floor with hands-on leadership.

You will coach and develop the team, deliver friendly, professional service, maintain store standards and visual merchandising, manage stock and onboarding, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures across locations Setia Alam, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Sunway Velocity and Merdeka 118.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more of retail experience; senior sales advisor or supervisor preferred.
• Experience in sports, footwear, fashion or lifestyle retail is a plus.
• Ready to own and lead a store PIC role with strong decision-making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; energetic and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business by owning daily sales and hitting targets.
• Lead, motivate and support the store team on the shop floor.
• Maintain store standards, visuals, cleanliness and inventory control.
• Coach staff, onboard new members and schedule deployments.
• Handle customer feedback, returns, and ensure excellent service.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and store records across locations.
