Job summary

Lifestyle Retail Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a capable Store Manager to drive sales, customer service and operations in our Putrajaya store. The role requires leadership to meet revenue targets and maintain standards.

You will manage staff, plan rosters, oversee POS and stock, and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws. Excellent communication, time management and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3-4 years of managerial experience in a retail environment.
• Senior executive or assistant manager level experience preferred in Sales – Retail/General.
• Strong driver and results orientation with excellent time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee POS transactions, stock, and inventory updates to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in line with guidelines.
• Plan staff rosters and manage scheduling for peak periods.
• Address customer complaints promptly in line with company policy.
