Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cycle count and month-end cycle count, and bi-annual stock take.
• Support daily updates for issuing and receiving JDE transactions.
• Ensure work order kitting follows production pull date with issuing section.
• Assist PH location bin transfer with receiving section.
• Support IM requisition for store section.
• Assist spare parts and warranty labeling and updating.
• Monitor daily GRN transactions and trigger shortages.
• Support variance checking before submission to finance.
• Assist stock take arrangements and generate reports.

To assist store event such as daily cycle count , month end cycle count and bi-annual stock take.

To support daily updating function for issuing and receiving JDE transaction.

To ensure work order kitting follow production pull date together with issuing section.

To assist on the PH - location bin transfer together with receiving section.

To support IM requisition for store section.

To assist spare parts / warranty section on labelling and updating.

To monitor daily transaction GRN and trigger shortage .

To support variance checking before submit to finance..

To support on stock take arrangement and report generating.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree.

> 2 years working experience with store function in manufacturing environment is preferred.

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants with a keen interest in career development are encouraged to apply

Excellent integrity and ethical standards.

Communication skills: Ability to express oneself clearly and encourage open communication.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), PowerPoint and Words.
