Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible and practical Storekeeper to receive shipments, verify stock, and issue spare parts to technicians and customers in daily operations.
You will perform regular stock counts, maintain accurate records, and ensure clean, safe, and organized store areas while assisting with data entry into the inventory system. Entry-level applicants are welcome.
Qualifications
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of manual stock handling.
- Strong team player who can work well with others.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or automotive parts is an advantage (fresh candidates/entry-level are welcome to apply).
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify physical stock against supplier Delivery Orders (DO), and report any discrepancies.
- Pack, arrange, and issue spare parts or goods to technicians/customers according to daily operational orders.
- Conduct regular stock counts, inventory audits, and assist in maintaining accurate stock level records.
- Store and organize heavy/bulky truck spare parts systematically in their designated rack locations.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, safety standards, and security of the store/warehouse area at all times.
- Assist with basic data entry into the inventory system/Excel and manage simple store documentation.
