Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent stock clerk to maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of stock, and to receive, load, unload and arrange stock on site. The role requires careful handling of stock and accurate record-keeping at a busy warehouse.

You will QC incoming and outgoing stock, rotate stock, and coordinate freight and minor repairs, ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting to keep inventory precise and stock levels balanced.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock handling and inventory control.
• Able to read/write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Familiar with spare parts is a plus.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock.

• Perform stock-related duties, including returning, packing, labeling stock.
• QC incoming & outgoing stocks for damage or discrepancies; report to accounting.
• Rotate stock and coordinate disposal of surpluses.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage documentation to confirm stock levels.
• Coordinate handling of freight / transport, movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs.

• Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stock
• Receive, load, unload and arrange stock
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labelling stock
• QC incoming & outgoing stocks for damage or discrepancies. Report those to accounting for reimbursement and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Coordinate handling of freight / transport, movement of equipment and necessary minor repairs
• Stock & inventory management.
• Perform inventory & stock taking.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess atleast SPM holder or Diploma
• Able to write and read in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Able to handle the material handing, storage and maintain
• Able to operate or experience in forklift will be an added advantage
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical spare parts
