Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support stock control, unloading activities for shipments, and timely updates of goods receipt notes in JDE.

You will assist put-away, locate products, pick and deliver work orders to the production line according to pull dates, and maintain 5S housekeeping.

Applicants should have a Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in manufacturing, be hardworking, proactive and a good team player; three vacancies in Bukit Angkat, Kajang.

• 1–2 years' manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock received from suppliers is in correct quantity and quality and per delivery order or packing list.
• Support unloading activities for overseas container/shipment.
• Update goods receipt note in JDE on time.
• Assist put-away and location arrangement when needed.
• Support picking and delivering work orders to production according to pull date.
• Update documents on time for work orders and E-MRN.
• Carry out regular housekeeping and support monthly 5S activity.
• Perform count activities and reconciliation.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Store Manager/superior.

Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by Store Manager / superior.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma or equivalent.


• Candidate with 1 – 2 years working experiences especially in manufacturing industry would be preferred.
