Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Store/Warehouse Coordinator in Ipoh to oversee daily store operations and stock control. You will monitor stock levels, receive goods, and ensure accurate labelling and storage.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments for stock requirements and maintaining inventory integrity. Candidates should have at least 2 years in store/warehouse roles, be proficient in Excel, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store, warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations.

Salary: RM2,300 – RM3,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock levels, stock movement and inventory records.
• Receive, check and arrange incoming goods.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and arrangement of stock.
• Conduct regular stock counts and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare stock reports and update inventory records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Sales and other departments regarding stock requirements.
• Monitor rental equipment movement, returns and availability.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and maintained properly.
• Identify stock discrepancies, damaged or missing items and report them to management.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store, warehouse or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of stock control and inventory management.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory/warehouse software or SQL system is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and organised.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates with leadership experience will have an added advantage.
