Job summary

Guardian Health & Beauty in Malaysia is seeking a Store Team Member to support daily outlet operations, cash handling, merchandising and customer service excellence. You will supervise staff, assist in promotions, and help drive sales growth while maintaining store standards and inventory integrity.

The role requires Malaysian eligibility, ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays, and a commitment of at least 3 months. Health insurance and team member discounts are included.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operation.
• Handle day-to-day tasks at store (cash handling, daily reports, promotions).
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow up).
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth.
• Maintain accurate cash records and proper operation records.
• Promote stock or promotional mechanics to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
• Assist in display, merchandising and cleanliness of outlet.

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
