Job summary

OVIVO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a warehouse/store supervisor to maintain accurate stock records, control inventory, and ensure smooth material flow.

You'll receive materials, check against orders, and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages. The role requires 2–3 years in warehouse management and proficiency in inventory systems and MS Office. You will work in Seberang Perai, Malaysia, contributing to efficient storage, labeling, and organization of materials, and supporting

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse/store management.
• Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
