Job summary

Water Revelation Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with SOPs while maintaining KPI reporting.

The role requires strong leadership and experience in logistics, DSD operations, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. Based in Johor Bahru, the position offers growth in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fleet, or distribution operations.
• Experience in managing direct store delivery (DSD) operations is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and proper documentation.
• Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of goods according to operational requirements.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational issues, and delivery delays.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational and inventory reports.
• Oversee company fleet operations including lorries, trailers and forklifts.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, road tax, insurance, permit and service records.
• Coordinate transportation planning and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company SOPs and road safety regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption, GPS tracking, toll management, and fleet operational costs.
• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles.
• Investigate transport-related incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage and coordinate direct store delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to retail outlets and customers.
• Monitor delivery schedules, route planning, and driver performance to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Ensure accurate delivery documentation, invoicing, proof of delivery, and return handling.
• Monitor store delivery performance, service levels, and customer feedback.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, shortages, damages, and customer complaints promptly.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in route optimization, delivery turnaround time, and distribution costs.

Job Requirements :
